The SureInvest settlement, motion and notice of hearing were originally scheduled on August 26, 2008. However, we heard that hearing reset for Tuesday, September 16, 2008 at 11:00 am.

These three defendants from SureInvest settlements are Donaker and Herron and the processed of this regulation is estimated that it will recover 750,000 U.S. dollars paid in full.
